Well after going ove everything im throwing oil through the turbo and back into the thottle body what could be my problem>

A lil bit of oil is always going to get into the IC but shouldnt get into the throttle body, i'd say you have a cracked or worn seal or gasket.

he doesnt hav an IC, just a pipe straight to the TB you will have to rebuild the turbo. my turbo leaked oil until i rebuilt it and now its running perfectly. dont get discouraged, i did several times but im still in and the car is running better than ever now(still starting to want a different, non fwd car tho). -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
