Each stage loses a little bit of comfort. Each stage grabs harder than the last, so it's less comfortable to drive on a daily basis. OEM clutches are the softest and easiest/most comfortable to drive. Perfect for a stock/basically stock engine. Stage 1 clutches are for the engines with a little bit more power. It will give a stiffer pedal feel. And it's really pretty pointless unless you're putting out quite a few more HP than a stock engine. Stage 2/3 clutches.. Yeah, just don't worry about those. You won't need them unless you start producing some big HP numbers. They won't help you out at all. Actually, they'll be a nuisance. A Stage 3 clutch, you can't just comfortably take off from a stop light with it. You pretty much just give it gas and dump the clutch. Each start will be rough. OEM clutches let you take off smoothly and comfortably. So really, depending on your power goals and mods, just stick with an OEM or stage 1 clutch.
