Sometimes i totally lost power or power will just totally go dead. When i hook up with a jumper , power will restore itself and i dont even need the jumper to start it up.

Any thoughts about this problem? Maybe this is starter issue?

could be a bad alt or battery

If bad alternator it should not charge the battery right? if its bad battery it should not charge withou the jumper?

probably your battery connections are either loose or corroded.
