yes it does
you will need to swap the components and not the whole knuckle. you will also need a 6th gen emergency brake cable from a GT --------------------  |

Components including the hub -- the centrebores are different.

no, you'll keep your hub / wheel bearing, you'll need to swap the backing plantes and all the components for the Ebrake.
