I had that for a while, not the best strut bar on teh market , but if used in conbination with the stock one it's better than not having one, it's very light, made out of alluminum but a little too soft to compete with real strut bars.

not really taking a budget route. i just got tired of the constant bouncing with coils and decided to go with spring. this is the only 2 point bar i could find. i did not know if it was good. just because something is inexpensive doesn't mean it's crap.

eh. works fine for me. just daily driving of course. I don't pound on it too hard but it does the job. i'd say it's worth it

For about the same price (and a bit of mod'n) you can get something like this......
Vibrant SS Vibrant Anodized Blue Megan Myself I have the Megan one, and it only took about 40 min of drilling to get it fitted. |

Drilling new holes for the strut mounts to line up through. Lemme see if I cant find something real fast.....
You can see where the holes that were on the ring, and obviously where I had to drill. This post has been edited by Spider77: May 28, 2010 - 11:47 AM |

if its adjustable, don't touch it. a friend of mine works for a company that sells summit racing gear. they call them mickey mouse (not sure why) but in short they snap. needs to solid apparently, the hole + thread for the adjustable bit seriously weakens the bar apparently

actually, all things considered, on a street setup the stress is a fair bit lower than on a race car. still, be cautious
