So, it was decided that a new thread should be made for the next attempt for the Midwest meet later this summer.
Date: July 31 Location: Starved Rock Utica, IL We are first going to have a discussion about the best date for the event, then I will start the list of attendee's. Since bitter(I"m assuming) and I will be there regardless of date, weather, etc. You can PM us if there are any questions not handled in the thread. Sooooo, What works for everyone? Update: The meet will take place at Starved Rock on July 31, 2010. Once again i would love to attend, but i have weekend passes to the Blackhawks convention in Chicago that weekend....if something happens where we could do a Sunday meet either the week before or after, i would have a better chance of making it with the solara.

i might be tired with jet lag but i'll be back around the 28th or 29th. I'll see how my body and brain holds up for the 31st and if i don't have any interviews on that day.

Hope to see all you guys make it. I'm up for a meet, no matter what size, if it's just me and Chris or if it's all of us. I may be up for skydiving, pending cost and funds. I think the website said $200 per person, but I could be wrong. Either way, I've requested off work under the pretense of a "family get-together." So hopefully I'll get the day off, but I won't know until the Friday or Saturday before. And if I do make it, based on the last meet, what would I need to bring? Besides food.
