I recently purchased a 95 Celica GT convertible...after a stormy windy day I noticed water was getting into the car so I took it into the garage and put the top down to vacum out the water...only to hear the sound of a crack.

An after market glass replacement is over $225 with shipping which is a little expensive to me just for the glass so I was opting for a vinyl replacement curtain which goes for around $120. I noticed the factory curtain is sewn into the top...Has anyone every replaced these or has any other options for me?

thanks

suck it up and spend the cash on the glass. or you will wish you had... after a few weeks the visibility on the clear vinyl deteriorates fast after a year you wont be able to see through it.

I was thinking that, but I would kill myself if I were to break it again.
