what holds the bumper to the rear fenders? i removed every bolt i could find how it just seems like its being held on by vertical plastic pieces on the sides. help meeeeeeeeeeee!

What bolts did you remove exactly?
You have to take out the tail lights, and then the middle "license plate piece". There are several bolts under these that will need to be removed.
Then you need to take out the 2 rear interior panels (L&R). And then you will see the last bolts connecting the bumper to the body. I believe there are 2-3 bolts on each side inside the panels.
There was a few little plastic pieces holding on my rear bumper (but mine was replaced before i got the car, so im not sure if they were added by the body shop's previous work) but i just pulled a little and they broke off.
What are you removing for anyway? bodykit?! lol

ah I knew there was more bolts!

thanks man, i removed all the bolts and plastic bits you mentioned aside from the ones hidden behind the interior shrouds. It sure was a head scratcher but now ill get it off in no time. As for why, Im getting my whole drivers side pulled out and repainted after a hit and run from last october. I have a thread on it that will be updated by tomorrow afternoon
