Hey all,
I don't have the cash on hand right now to get projectors for my 6g DD, despite really badly wanting to, but am having visibility issues when driving at night, especially in rain. I replaced the bulbs with some nicer, brighter ones off of Autolumination, as well as some nicer bright yellow H3's in my fogs. Though they are a cleaner, brighter white, they are still only hitting the ground like 10 yards ahead of me. I've heard that they can be realigned to pop up a little further, but haven't been able to find any good tutorials online. I'm having trouble locating the screws for the adjustment and how to access them. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks guys. the right headlight is actually very easy to adjust..when you pop the hood..just look directly behind the headlight and you'll find the silver screw and you'll just twist that to however setting you want..on top of the headlight is also a level..so you can see what setting its at..easier to do at night with headlights on...for the left side..you're going to have to take out the battery because its tight down there..let me know if that helps

Heres a pic of what your looking for ..
These are actually JDM projectors, but I'd imagine the normal headlights are the same or at least similar, It should give you an idea what the adjustment screws look like. -------------------- Speeding doesn't kill! It never has!

I kept cutting my knuckles on those guys when installing new 9006s last week, Didn't realize those were the screws, fantastic. Thanks so much Dyran. That was a huge help. And thanks for the words of wisdom everyone. |
