i just bought some used 18x8 Crimson k6's with +46 offset. what size spacer should i use. I dont need hella flush or anything, just want something that looks decent and wont rub anything. Right now i am riding stock ride height but they may change in a few months. also, the stock lug nuts dont fit in the rim hole, what type of lug nuts should i use. would these be alright? gorilla lug nuts

and if you have to know, this is what the k6's look like but mine has some curbage and powdercoated: K6

will 10mm spacers be alright? will i run into any problems down the road with this setup? also, is there enough thread to safely mount the rims?

10-15mm spacers all round and you shouldnt rub on lowered ride height (depending on tyre choice)
