I need the part above the reinforcement bar,(highlighted)support sub assy. part number 53205-20070 the guy who is selling gt4 parts said the front chassis section/rad support will need to be cut from the shell

does it have some bolts on it or need to be cut from the shell/??

can any1 tell me the whole thing I need for the support sub assy?im not good at welding things together dont want cut the part from shell

you need the upper bumper support,(the upper part you have circled) not the radiator support.
there are a handful of spot welds that hold it on, i've done the conversion a few times now, although its not needed to install the gt-4 bumper, you can use a few bodywashers between the bumper and bumper support in the middle where the raised section of the gt-4 bumper attaches.
the upper bumper support is ~50$ new from toyota, i cant imagine a shop charging you more than 100$-150$ or so to install it.
