I think someone else awhile ago had a similar problem. If I recall their stuff was either loose or not at all connected. Or some such, its been awhile.

well i do know this thing was sitting for a little while as you can tell from the dirt built up in trunk drainage areas and all the tree mess, also was in a minor fender bender (looks like someone drifted into a curb during snow season imo) frame is straight body panels line up paint job fenders up looks crappy but im slowly working on it im the type i hate seeing SES or ABS lights on the dash even low wash fluid i hate and if i had better cash flow stuff would be way better.....atleast the engine was maintained well....

Well, if you want to eliminate the connections, get all up in it and verify those are good before anything else. Cause it may be as simple as that.

"$10 Camry ABS sensor FTW!".

I'm going to give this a try on Saturday. I originally thought it was only the RF that was missing on my GT-S, but it appears that the LF is also toast. Thankfully a '97 Camry just came into the local wrecker. Hopefully the knuckles are still intact with the sensors. Just need to make sure I don't trash them during removal.

Hell yes Camry ABS sensors FTW! Found a '97 at the wrecker last week and pulled both front sensors. Had to trim the plastic a little bit, but they work perfectly. Going to start a new thread about it with pics. Also only paid $10/ea biggrin.gif
