FEELER:1.8 automatic Options

hey guys i was wondering if you could all give me an idea as how much you would pay for this car as it is my sisters and its needs some work and we are trying to decide if we should keep it or not...now i know the car is old so im not looking for any smart remarks.....basically its

a 94 ST with 122,000 miles
color is topez matalic clear coat
automatic trans
timing belt and water pump done about 6,000 miles ago
others belts recently changed
new battery
new brake lines
new brakes and rotors
the motor is in great shape basically and it is driven from philly back to scranton atleast once a month

the BAD stuf is:
the bottoms on boths doors are rusty
the A-pillars are rusting
the wind shield cracked b/c ice and water got into A-piller rust
needs rear struts replaced


other than that id say the car isnt too bad....if some out there had a parts car that they could get doors, struts and a window shield from theyd be in busines...and if you know how to weld u could easily fix the a-pillars///let me know what you guys think..thank
