Last week-end we went to a local race track, an oval about 1 mile long and look what we've see there (sorry for the cell-phone quality pictures):
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Becuz race regulations, engine hp must not exceed 120hp, so the engine is a 115hp 3S-FE taken in an old Camry 87 ~ 91. The car qualified 1st and finished second in it's class, behind a Chevy Cavalier due to yellow flag situations ![]() -------------------- |

And in the same wiki page you can read this:
QUOTE (Wiki) The Toyota 3S-FE is a 16 valve 2.0 L twin camshaft, single cam gear engine built by Toyota from 1986 to 2000. It is commonly used in the Toyota Camry 1987–1992 model

To be truly honest, I'm not sure it's a 3S-FE. The driver told me the engine was a 2.0l taken in a 1991 Camry and I assumed it was, but all this wiki things put some doubt in my mind about the engine.
