I don't really like to leave negative feedback but I feel like it's important to share my experience with emspowered thus far for those of you considering doing business with this company.

I purchased a borg warner s256 turbo kit, fully polished, and with a rerouted wastegate on June 1, 2010 and here it is Sept. 5th and I still don't have all my parts. From the beginning it has been nearly impossible to contact Baktasht even after he gave me his cell phone number to contact him directly. It's taken over 2 months to receive the turbo and downpipe, and I ended up canceling the custom task of creating a rerouted dump tube because it was just taking way to long. I received the majority of the parts a few weeks ago but am still waiting on my wastegate, oil feed and return lines, along with a few gaskets and hardware. Baktasht has continually said things would ship on a specific day and I would receive tracking information but they don't. The rest of my parts were suppose to ship last Friday but I never received tracking information and still haven't seen a box sitting on my front porch. I called Baktasht everyday this week, left voicemails, emailed him, and still no response. I am to the point that I am willing to go buy the missing parts on my own and hope that he is willing to refund my money for my expenses because I will get the items quicker. I've been more than patient throughout this whole process but with the nice weather coming to a close my frustration is through the roof. One positive thing I must say, is that Baktasht did offer a credit toward other parts because I've been waiting so long, but I doubt I will take advantage of it due to the fact that I'm still waiting on REQUIRED parts for a turbo kit I order over 3 months ago.

EMSPowered seems to sell quality products and when I actually do get a hold of Baktasht he seems to be a nice guy, but overall emspowered has terrible customer service, at least in my experience. I've seen other people on here that have done business with them and others across the mr2 forums and all have great things to say. I'm not sure what's going on at their shop but until they get their stuff together I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with them. I would assume anyone else willing to spend over 2k for a turbo kit would expect to be able to get a hold of someone to ask questions and have things finished up in a timely manner. Better communication would have simply made me a happier customer.
