i have a 160a alt, 75ish at idle. confirmed by autozones batt/alt tester

ebay alt. i forgot the seller. i just searched "7a alternator" or "94 celica alternator"

your best bet for this is a new, bigger alternator... i have the same problem and tried new battery, which worked for about a week... my alternator eventually fried so i had it rebuilt but i guess i should have had a bigger rectifyer put in it... its got the same amount of power as before and my lights still dim on a good hit

i have a big sound system and a 20farad(yes,over the top) sound stream cap as apart of that. i havent upgraded my battery or alternator. i pump my 6000w subs and my lights dont dim at all.
