I found a complete 1994 GT with 127km ( written off due to rear end accident) and I have a 1994 ST. I know I need the transmission, engine and trans mounts. Shifter cables, axels. What else will I need to swap over?
I am planing to due a 3sgte swap later next year so I thought I would save myself some time since I need most of the parts for that anyway. Any help or links to post would be great. -------------------- " Trailers are for camping. Cars are for driving & it does not matter how much money you have if you ain't enjoying it. "

Sell both for parts and use that money to buy a working GT.

i say...you part out the GT...take the parts off you need for the 3sgte swap first of course. Then swap in a 3sgte.
I say this because the 3sgte swap is so damn cheap these days...And your comparing 130hp of eh 5s to 260hp of the 3s... This post has been edited by SupraKid: Sep 15, 2010 - 10:15 PM |

Just really wondering what parts i need, like will the rad need to be swapped, will the engine harnesses be the same, that sort of stuff. GT's in my area are all over priced and rotton, finding a 94 to 99 thats not rotton or over priced or super high in km is not easy. not too mention the ST is already in my name and certified, getting one , getting it in my name and then getting in certified i right back to where i started, this way i am a head, the GT is only setting me back $400 labour is free lol.
