That looks pretty sweett! I did the same thing with my calipers, except they are a candy apple red so it's not as bright.
What's up with the random grooves/ lines on the rotors? I've never seen it like that before.
If your ever looking to do a drum to caliper/ rotor swap in the rear, let me know cause I have all the parts you would need

Props for rollin with painted drums. I could never do that. Also would have been nice if you had taken the caliper off the saddle bracket to have the inside painted as well.

ZGear, yeah it's my daily so i was kinda in a rush to do it. my dad took care of one side while i did the other. could've been better but hey, no one will notice much. yeah I figured it's better than having rusty drums LOL, but this will have to do until i can afford the rear disc setup.

and mkernz22, those lines n grooves are because the disc are "slotted" discs. I didn't wanna get the drilled ones because I heard they are prone to cracking but I like the looks of slotted more anyways. they just are there to release heat while braking. Good upgrade from OEM

JustinCapps, gotta say, I do like the akebonos. they're really nice compared to the ones I had before. very little brake dust. biggrin.gif
