just made this my background... nice shot What part of Seattle are you in? I was on a Coast Guard boat out of Seattle this Summer. Caught a couple ball games and enjoyed plenty of Pyramid Hefenwiezen Thanks man I'm actually in Everett, not sure if you know where that is? Its about 25ish minutes north of Seattle. How did you like the seattle stadiums? not too bad, and yes, good ole' Pyramid. Amazing shot man! I admire your car and progress Thanks man! Truly does keep me motivated. -------------------- 2006 BMW 330i - 6 Speed - Dinan Stage 1

Looking good, your car is still the background on my computer. You planning on Projectors? They would make that top photo look sickk.

And yes I really really want projectors to finish off the front end. My super sweet girlfriend told me she would get me some this winter as my birthday is 4 days after Christmas. -------------------- 2006 BMW 330i - 6 Speed - Dinan Stage 1

Your car reminds me ALOT of Johnneh's before he sold it. I like what you are doing with it, and what you have planned!

Picked up a new steering wheel yesterday (Momo Thunder), will post some pics up later. OT, but I also got a new APR Cold Air Intake for the Audi.
Also, some other secret goodies came in for my swap. -------------------- 2006 BMW 330i - 6 Speed - Dinan Stage 1

Just updated my interior a bit, still just a couple things to do. I want to put my Apexi AFC NEO where the cigarette lighter is and rewire that to the center console.

Looking good!
Rewiring the cig lighter to the center console is very easy. I did it this past weekend and it works great. |

So does the knob fit pretty flush with the ring in the boot?

looks nice dude, but please, please, please fix that bonnet latch soon, its disturbing me how if you leave the bumper part pressed in like that it may end up warping into that shape and will never line up !!!
other than that its stunning -------------------- Mike W

So does the knob fit pretty flush with the ring in the boot? Perfectly flush, and it's the short shifter boot. When I first got my quick shifter, I had my OEM boot and it was actually constricting my shifts, with this boot I can literally tap the knob to put it in gear. -------------------- 2006 BMW 330i - 6 Speed - Dinan Stage 1

Dont have any sort of GT4 latch, RHD or LHD and B.) I can't say I don't trust the weld method it just kind of sketches me out and I dont completely see how it would fix the issue, nor do I personally have a welder. And for the warping, I've already played with some washers and lined it up perfectly, only thing is when I line it up perfectly, I can't fit my hand in to pop the latch. And if the warping really got any worst, I've got a nice heat gun that will do the trick. Thank you though -------------------- 2006 BMW 330i - 6 Speed - Dinan Stage 1

Sneak peak of an upcoming project. Won't be going on until spring due to the fact it is starting to snow soon up here and the calipers simply won't fit my winter wheels . But I just got them and painted them up, LS400 4 piston calipers and GT4 rotors, hopefully they will go on around the same time as my swap, that would be ideal.
