It's worth a try, what color do you think would look good on it ? I wanted white, black, dark purple, maybe even a silver grey color.

I've always thought S15's and S13.5's look AMAZING in matte black. That's just my opinion.

I was thiking some sort of purple. Its different and would go good with the rims and lip. thats still a good ways away. Like I said im not really worried about looks personally.
I still have the Celica, im going to finish it and roll it through auction. Maybe ill get enough for my injectors and a Garrett GT30 |

Looks good, aside from needing a little work. So this is gonna be the daily? I'm not gonna lie, I'm jealous.

Yesssir, Its going to be the Daily, my power goals with all the parts it came with im looking for 400whp, which really doesnt seem to hard to achieve with all the parts it came with. He was shooting for 800 with a T88. Im selling the T88 and going to go with a Garrett GT35. It isnt HUGE and it isnt small. Its perfect for 400.

More pics ! Got everything moved over to my garage yesterday before work, I took these just now with my phone. If you need better just ask and I'll try. Theres ALOT more parts in his apartment but I told him to hold onto them for now until he moves.
Custom Spec Stage 5 twin disk, with 8lb fidanza flywheel extra parts, like a extra set of S15 fenders ( 20mm ) the old 4 lugs, old knuckles, old brakes, and a bunch of other random things that were replaced with new. But hey you never know what you might break or need later on. |

Im outside cleaning it right now so i'll post better pics either later on tonight of it cleaned or I'll post more sometime this week when I officially have the car in my drive way. I havnt driven it but twice so far. No insurance and inspection is over a year out of date and the cops here dont mess around they stereo type exhast and have a 3in HKS Hi Power on a NA KA engine makes it retarded loud. So I know if I were to drive home I would get pulled over. So sometime this week around Thursday or so it will be inspected, insured, and CLEANED. Engine bay, rims, tires, rear hatch, inside, ext. Shes been neglected too long.
AND still have the Celica, My friends little brother wants it. So if he decides to get it, he WILL be joining this site. And whoever buys it will get the book i made on the research ive done on Beams, 5sfte and 3sgte swaps and builds. lol. |

If money goes the right way it will be in the car and everything decemberish, if not sometime in the spring. It just depends on how busy work is. Instead of getting the usual 17hr I'm getting 12. Isn't bad, but I'm missing that extra 500 or so every 2 weeks. The last parts o need are the most expensive.
Apexi Power FC GReddy pulley kit Gauges + Gauge pod Lastly I'm going with the Garett GT35R. I'm thinking while I save that I'm going to go ahead and fix the body so all the body lines are straight. And Dynomat the entire back and inside. |

Update: So I cant check the damn ECU for codes because guess what, the damn green light on the ECU board is missing so even if I turn it to diagnostic mode I cant check it for codes. GREAT.
Symptoms of KA Problem: Start the car up, about 10 seconds go by and it sputters out and dies. After about the 10th time, it will idle normally, and if i give it barely little gas it goes just fine, but if i drive it normally it like almost immediately sputters out and dies. And I cant figure out what it is. Cant check the ECU, Ive changed the spark plugs, check and cleaned dizzy, cleaned MAF. its still pretty bad. And its extremely annoying. It just has to get me back and forth from work for like 2 more months and the new heart can be transplanted in. lol Anyone have and pointers ? |

the past 2 days ive been messing with it before work while theres still daylight. I found a cracked vacume line, replaced it for 15 bucks ( yes a vacume line for 15 bucks thats like 5in long ) bought some sea foam cleaner and sprayed and scrubbed the inside and out of the throttle body, and adjusted the idle screw. works like perfect now. I mean it sputters pretty badly from 1-2K RPMs but damn its wayyyy better than before. It doesnt die constantly now. Im not really sure what else to try besides replacing the distributor and cap. and maybe plug wires. Thats all i can think of.

But ive adjusted the timing and idle its decent now, I drove around today for about 2 hours just cruising and when it warms up its pretty good. still sputters from 1-2K lol but not too bad. Boy is this thing fun to take corners with though. This post has been edited by JuMPiiN: Oct 17, 2010 - 6:52 PM |
