I've kinda been browsing for a while and am pretty sure I'm getting rotors from eBay, Pads from local area, and lines from Burien Toyota

I retract my previous post... NOPI is VERY expensive. 75-95 a rotor... hmmm they aren't brembo blanks.

The rotors you see on ebay are just brembo blanks that are drilled/slotted by a independent machine shop.

The cross drilling or slotting of rotors simply provides a place for gasses to escape the rotor surface. In normal everyday driving, you won't notice a difference if you use them with your stock calipers and lines, they just look better. The only place where crossing drilling really gives you an advantage would be on a track or something similar where the rotors heat up significantly.
