Well I have yet to look at junkyards or contact my friend who works at pick your parts due to the fact thats it's been raining here for the past two days. And I'm kind of skeptical about getting a transmission from a junkyard becuase I wont know the condition of it
2nd, taking to a shop to have it rebuild is out of the question. at around $800 for the rebuild thats a pretty penny! 3rd I can rebuild it myself with the help of some friend(one that is knowledgeable in rebuilding transmissions(i havent found that friend yet) the parts are about $380 from some distributor on ebay. Still expensive but alot cheaper. I found a transmission on ebay for $350 shipped from some junkyard outside of California and has 107,000 miles. My deal is that I'm doing a swap before next summer so thats why I dont really care about this engine/transmission. I go to the canyons alot and heel toe all the time and the gears grinding together are driving me nuts even after Ive changed the transmission fluid 15,000 miles ago. Does anyone have a c52 or c56 transmission for sale with low miles. I basically only need new 1st 2nd and 3rd gear syncros!!! -------------------- Group buy to replicate Narrow E series transaxle parts

Come up to sac...and i can get you one really huh!? what kind of mileage does it have on it?? If it has under 100k miles on it I'll so be down for it. Plus I'm only 20 and the last time I visited sac in my celica was with a friend. he paid for all my gas and we partied there one night with his friend. So I do have a place to stay if need be. Kill two birds with one stone. I'll let you know if I'll be coming up there. Is it in a junkyard, because I saw you writing to nics about helping him with his alignment issue and suspension parts in the accident that he got into. let me know asap. I'm checking my local junkyards this Saturday!!! -------------------- Group buy to replicate Narrow E series transaxle parts
