I got my original TRD 300 km/h 1 year ago and it look so fu... nice but....
...after changing all my interior with blue leds...even if i make and the TRD speedometer blue i don't like how it look at night...also the speedo looks so retro and the numbers was so BIG..so finaly send my speedo for custom job (at the begining i was thinking to make it the same like Audi R8 but after that decide to make just my own model)...so there is the result wink.gif i am more than happy! also make the marks red also the blinkers red
here the photo of the old one...

here the new one - ok it's dosn't look so fancy but i like the clean stuff:

tomorrow will put the night shoots - this is the best result - real plazma dials with blue speedo and red marks biggrin.gif

cheers

p.s.
will make video so you can see the real result at night!!!

according to this site:
http://www.unitarium.com/speed

those are the rural speed limit and motorway speed limit for most European countries.. I think that might be why?

PS: looks great!

Yep, 50 km/h within city limits and 130 km/h on highways (in most countries, autobahns in Germany excluded biggrin.gif)

Looks awesome. The only thing I would have done differently is to delete the PRNDL indicator.

Other than that, super clean.

...on the first one - red one custom speedo i remove the gear indicator but it was difficult to my wife to change gears even there is a indicator down- right to the knob so on the trd custom speedo i put them again but with blue lights - different blue and i thing it's very nice...check the video...

I get what you're saying, but that has to be more of a creature of habit...USDM Celicas didn't get an in-dash indicator, and I can still drive fine...with me automatic. kindasad.gif

I am not so sure about the needles becuse when i contact the xtunners they don't have speedos for 6 gen celica so both times i send with couriers the speedo to them so they scan and make the new ones with complete instalation....contact them and ask about that..you can see the on their web the same speedos that i put here on the topic - they have only this models :-) for now

Cheers
