If it's the full kit, the price is *decent*...

yes it is the full lip kit not just the front. See im goign to ask him tom. and see if he thought i was getting the urathan kit cuz that 1200 just for the kit...well see

I might also install the kit myself, cant be that hard. Correct me if im wrong but doesnt it bolt in the wheel wells and then underneth the car. can be that hard can it?

unless youre gonna paint it too, i wouldnt reccomend that. cuz chances are this is what the body shop will do:
-make sure the kit fits perfect, and if it doesnt they'll make any necessary adjustments.
-take the kit off of the car
-paint the kit (you should get the whole car repainted so it matches perfect, but thats unnecesary)
-put the kit back on the car

that seems easy and like a short job, but it isnt, especially if the kit doesnt fit perfect. i dunno, just my $.02

$400 to put the kit on and paint it is an alrite price. but $1200 for a lip kit is pretty steep, even if it is urethane. Cuz urethane isnt perfect either. it warps. that'll make the paint crack. it might be less of a problem than fiberglass, but nothins perfect.

Its not a helluva bad price, but its not a helluva good price. Its pretty standard price, and I dont think you'd be getting ripped off.

Is that just for matching and painting the pieces to match the current car color or to repaint the _whole_ thing? From what I've heard, paint jobs themselves are that much, so I take it that is just for those parts. I don't really know much about this, just curious as well.
