Hi,
lets have a look how much i can do this week, everytime that little problems like the correct key for the arp studs and i foudn a little space problem by the injector connectors and the rail so i have to grind a little bit a intercooler is also on the way to me to solve the biggest question, what type of valvecover fit well...... but time heals every wounds greetz -------------------- |

Hi,
little modified fuel rail so that the injector plugs fit and then the bigger problem, clearly visible that it is not easy to make the turbo fit the intercooler especially when it shoult professionaly, but the good point is that the ST246 valvecover looks like that throttle body and ic line up well greetz -------------------- |

Hi,
small update, the timing belt is mounted and works and here a adapter plate for the ISC, in the future i will work with a haltech ISC looks like i come in trouble with the water inection valve.....this valve is also a troublemaker, the oem nozzle is to small in size so i had to bore them until i hit ~350mL/min, the big issue is that not the nozzle itself limit me but the valve seat, so i had bo cut the nozzle bore the valve seat, weld it together and then i can machine the nozzle to hit my target possible i do theis on weekend mfg Alex -------------------- |

Ah I see that NSK bearing on the timing, I was unsure if it would work because it has a diff bracket. Good to see it installed on yours! So now I know its good to go!
Progress looks fantastic! |
