Hi,

thanks folks, i will controll the boost with the haltech ECU so there should not be so much problems, does i ask you for your problems and how you set the actuator spring?

2,4bar.....we calculated the boost to 1,5-1,6bar, how much hp did you get?

You did an amazing job again! Are you going to isolate the IC?

Whose legs are they..below the oil return line? biggrin.gif

Hi,

i will correct the angle later when i did a new IC piping to fit the turbo air outlet (my heard is bleeding becouse it is a TTE IC but it is the only way)
no, the IC itself did not become a isolation only the turbocharger becomes some new heatshields

that legs are from a puppet, but do not think anything crazy from me the garage is not my one.....truely biggrin.gif

Looks like you need to clock the turbo a bit more and build one hell of hot pipe. I have faith you can do it! biggrin.gif

Hey sunny what was the reason for the black top oil pump? I am going to buy a ST215 engine and build it nice and slow like you did, and planning to rev it pretty high.

I had problems with fitment and made a custom adapter for the internal wastegate. But I kept having low boost so I ended up scrapping the internal wastegate setup, permanently shut it and went with the OBX external wastegate...have to change the 21 psi spring though because we cant control the boost.

Hi,

that pump has the highest oil flow
be carefull, with the rpm llimit, 23m/sec is a critical point for the piston speed, from that on abrasion raises

hopefull i have not that problems with the boost, currently i set the spring to 6turns

Hi,

8000rpm at 86mm stroke = 22,93m/sec

the part number is 15100‑88570

http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_J_2003_TOYO...AEFVF_1501.html

note that these pumps aren't interchangeable to gen.3 engines becouse they are built to utilise crank position sensors, oil pan nr.1 is different to make space for that sensor

the new gears are here

a comparison to the old ones

the gears are great,

- 10mm head against a allen key
- granate pin
- two further wholes for a key to turn the camshaft

love them, hope they fit
