Hi,
update more parts arrived me ![]() - gen.4 oilpump - crank position sensor - tensioner and idlers - water pump the gen.3 part number delivers the plastic impeller pump with his way better design ![]() corolla wrc exhaust manifold, 207spec ![]() ![]() possible we modify the design to fit a T4 twin entry or we machine a adapter, the one thing that makes a adapter attractive is that we can change the position of the turbo so that he fit the IC again, but with a adapter there is one more gasket in the system -> one more thing that can faile and today some pics from the SARD/ Denso 275L/H fuel pump greetz -------------------- |

Hi,
and here the SARD fuel pump, she is 99% plug&play you just have to use the delivered connector (same style like oem but with different pins), and she fit the rubber theoretical she should be the strongest plug&play fuel pump on the marke ![]() greetz -------------------- |

Hi,
job done, thanks for all advises 8) i let the wire a little bit longer, you never know cutting is possible everytime ![]() there is a M8 thread next the batterie (thanks toyota), i blanked it to get a good connection ![]() you can clearly see nothing even the wire is in a tube, i walked behind the relais box (relocated the box ~1cm to get enough space) through a unused rubber into the fender ![]() into the engine bay in direction old battery pole ![]() and pressed the connection, here i also deciced a longer wire as to much could change in the engine bay ![]() next week i should get the black diamond brakes, perfect as there is a bigger toyota event on weekend 8) and i also pick up the repaired blitz hybrid turbo greetz -------------------- |

Hi,
here we have the damapde radiator overview ![]() here we see good clasps ![]() here one that leak soon ![]() and here one that is damaged ![]() i think the age is the reason i now have a masterplan for the upgrade IC and a alu-welder so i just need a radiator core and we can start the job greetz -------------------- |

Hi,
hows that gen 3/4/5 hybrid cooler, valve cover & tb setup going? unfortunetely i can't can tell you the exact setup for now, i also have to learn by doing so after the build i can tell you is there any special question you have i can possible answer yet? here the story why i stock the parts - a gen.3 cover do not have the COP mountings, a gen.4 cover have them but in front of the side mounted manifold there is no space for the TB when using a center feed manifold, a gen.4 intake manifold is also higher -> so this is why i decided to buy a gen.5 cover as i use a gen.3 manifold with the ready mounted water injection valve, and i will use the TTE intercooler also on the new engine - the gen.5 TH was cheap and do not use the idle controll valve -> i possible go with a haltech valve -> so the setup should be more professional greetz This post has been edited by Sunny: May 29, 2011 - 5:01 AM -------------------- |

It shocks me that this is probably one of the best performance builds we have EVER had on this site, but yet no one seems to really post and show interest. Really shows the mentality of the members on this site.
Anyway this is breathtaking build and this will be one of the meanest best all around built gt4s on this site when its done! Good luck man and I'm subscribed to this thread ![]() |

Hi Martin,
correct, my OEM unit began to drain water so i deciced to go with a custom radiator without clasps that can go wrong, one row more to get more cooling and more water in the system. all in all i hope to win especially the new pre rad should fit the TTE intercooler better, and i also hope for a lower start ampere consumption of the water pump as the new radiator should lower the backpressure, now it goes up to nearly 30A at start up which is really the maximum for relays, fuses and wires, the reason for that is the TTE intercooler with his different radiator core i hope i doesn't write to much ![]() greetz This post has been edited by Sunny: Jul 8, 2011 - 1:34 PM -------------------- |
