if you want to lose horsepower then sure swap it, it will drop in and bolt up but will have to be rewired

Why 4AFE? The 'F' is what we don't want!! 'F' means narrow valve angle. Get a 4AGE and swap it in. 'G' means wide valve angle.

3SGE, 3SGTE, 2JZGTE, 4AGE

No F's there!

Back on topic, don't do a 4AFE. Sell it and get a 4AGE or even a 3SGE.
I know you have the block already so it will save you some money, but it's not worth the loss in HP or TQ kindasad.gif
Unless you don't mind the loss, then by all means go for it!

Don't mind the edit, I just took out some nonsense that I wrote

Ha, yeahh I drifted off a little bit. If you're choosing between 7AFE and 4AFE, then stay with the 7A. The swap isn't worth it. Just sell the 4AFE block/head and save up for a different motor.
