just want to know if I can fit a post lift bumper (96 - 99) on a 94 celi. I know I need some new side markers but not sure if the defense needs to be modify.

also what you guys think about this bumper I found

Yes you can pretty much slap it on there. It fits and no modification is needed with the "defense" (Im assuming either crash bar or the impact foam stuff). And your side markers are fine it the turns that are different.

Yes, a '96+ bumper will fit. As Spider said, you will need new turn signals, but you can get the clear ones from Ebay pretty easily. As for the remanufactured bumper... Sounds scary. "Remanufactured" tells me that it's from a car that was wrecked. I doubt if they had a car to mount that bumper to, so odds are when they repaired it, some measurements were thrown out and the bumper will be warped and imperfect. For that price, you should just go to your dealership. Bumper covers are only like $300 anyway.

For that price, might as well buy it straight from Toyota, you'll be getting ripped off either way. If I were you, I'd take your time and wait for one to pop up in a local junkyard.
