hey guys well thats right i have 2 or three more months with my celi. after thinking if over and over and over and over again i finally decided to get a 97 or 98 TT supra.i had 6 grand ready for my celi 3s-gte swap but it sounds like the swap can be a pain in the A** and it also sounds like i could run into alot of lil problems here and there with the engine, and the supra looks to be more reliable and its REar wheel drive biggrin.gif . i like my celi alot but maybe ill own one again later on but for right now that i have a chance to get a supra id rather get me one of those.

If I had the money that's probably what I'd do. That or a mid 90's MR2 turbo. The MR2 doesn't have as much raw power, but the money saved could buy some nice a/m parts.

yup.

im starting to think of what car i want next as im finishing up my turbo project. i'm leaning towards a gsx but my cousin had one with a lot of problems.

an mr2-t is a close second on the list black t top with lazy eyes and projector bulbs. that would look awesome

i love toyota, thats why im having a hard choice deciding. even my friend that hates imports and drives a 72 el camino likes toyota. doesnt even call them imports "because they are so good"

supras are nice cars and fun to drive and fast, um, and fast.

but they are getting old and way too overpriced. some day i will probably have a TT supra, there are enough in the world for me to wait till i can afford the car and its insanely high insurance.

i'd rather have a gt4, for the awd and rhd.

for now, im good with my ST-T. i have a friend with a jeep(used to have a 3000gt sl) friends with muscle cars, and friends with trucks.

I also have been looking into other cars, Supra's are coming down in price substansialy (spelled that wrong), in an add the other day there was a TT Supra for 18,900. I also saw a Eclipse GS-X for $6900 which would be a straight swap for my celi in price and the A/M is just so much easier.

Why start with a low powered car and put alot of money into it, when you can start higher and put the same amount of money into it and be faster.

Yea that's right Bro. Me i just Fixed up the Outside of my car and got a really good sound system inside. I have not done any work under the Hood(ex.Intake) cuz i think it's pointless. The only time i will work under any hood is when i know i can get 500+ HP out of the car. And my First Choice is the SUPRA.

some times people put a lot of money into cheaper underpowered cars cause thats all they can do.. it's not esay for some to save up to get a High HP car then put a few thousand in mods into it... it's a lot more realistic to get a cheap car and slowly power it up...

with a lot of people there is a real big gap with, what they want to do . and what they can do..
