They can get away with it because the product is "exactly as described" and they ship it out quickly. Check the Ebay link I gave- that seller made sure that they highlighted the word "resistor" everywhere they described the product. That way, when you don't get an actual computer chip for more power, they can make you read the ad again to show that they only sold you a resistor.

Unless im mistaken it tells your ECU that your getting colder air than you really are. Just another item like the tornado fuel saver that promises results but no one will actually dyno it to disprove it. Placebo effect id say. Think it works and Hey! it works.

Is that the IAT in the intake manifold or the one in the factory air cleaner box? if the later, that one doesnt do jack sh*t.
