It is attached to the inside wall of the drivers side wheel well rear of the air cleaner. About thigh high. Let me know if it worked!

Oh, and definitely try this before timing, for alas, the filter is only $24

i just got back home for break and im thinking its the fuel filter. just maybe.
everything is lined up perfectly. the only thing (which i had mentioned before) that might be off is the U notch alignment. im not positive, but it could be
