It looks like something is wrong with your boost gauge. It display 0 when you are idling. Normally, it should be in vacuum (under 0 PSI) at about -20 in-Hg (around -0.6 bar).
Example of a working boost gauge : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4HtaqUa-QA...feature=related |

Sounds good! thanks buddy! Those BC 272 cams really sound uber fantastic in the high range and no lumpy idle at all it is a bit high if anything but doesn't bother me one bit! the titanium retainers were for the shim over bucket or shimless bucket OR SERIOUS DAMAGE MAY OCCUR!, been revving it to 7k rpm and so far no problems I guess that if something were to happen it would have happened already -------------------- |

Nothing is wrong with the boost gauge, it is to a line directly from the watercooler it sees no vacuum... I could hook it up to the vacuum line But it is easier this Way I guess...both EBC and gauge and AEM water injection are teed into the same line. used the vacuum lines on the BOV's and kept the turbo pressure line separate to not fool the EBC when the solenoid relieves pressure

I just got home guys, with all 5 gauges I believe i HAVE DEFINITELY ruled out DET!
I seem to have spark plug wire issues or arcing I believe, AFR's with wideband never dipped into lean unless downshifting and engine braking, EGTs are 400-500 degrees C engine oil temps from 95-105 oil press sensor seems a bit odd as it is pretty high for some reason...like 4 and goes up to 6 but never past it and idles around 4...odd I guess... at any boost level even like 6.4 psi I get that hesitation on AV-GAS, yes thats 120 octane guys...on stoich AFR and A OK EVERYTHING...I am losing spark somewhere up high I use to have that problem... Am gonna order new NGK spark plug wires. With launch control and a clutch drop the gt-4 goes SIiiiideeewaaaayyysssahhh -------------------- |

the turbo is great, fitment is a bitch and it spools like a dog chasing a squirrel out of hell!! the oil hose was just a mishap because a buddy of mine loosened the wrong part of the end of the hose it has been fixed and now the FT-400 from Fueltech is being installed on the car! it was from my oil cooler setup.
also installing a 152db train horn >_> -------------------- |

havent properly tuned the car and used it yet but untuned it would hit 1 bar at around 3k, with launch control it would leave at 1 bar

cant wait to read/see ur build man, I am going to In-car and outside video this thing...hopefully dec 10 are the 1/4 mile drags well see just how well she does with 750cc injectors... shes got lots of head room in the forged and head department...fuel pump limits to 500 and injectors to about 400 depending on fuel pressure maybe a bit more..
