There is water damage to one of my high beam headlights. It always looks like condensation inside of it. Is there any way to remove and replace a highbeam without removing the bumper cover? The rubber surround on my low beams is loose and I want to reattach it correctly. Can the lowbeam be removed without taking off the front bumper cover?

Nope, you're going to have to remove the bumper cover to remove both the high beam and the low beam smile.gif.

Two easy fix options here. Since it's light condensation and not a buildup of water, you can either A. Drive around with your high beams on until the head from the bulbs evaporates the water (My preferred method) or B. Take the light bulb out and use a blow dryer to evaporate the water. Done and done.

As far as "water damage" goes, do you mean the lens is tinted brown? You will definitely have to take the bumper cover off to remove the high beams. But you're in luck and it happens to be an easy job.

For the rubber rings surrounding the low beams, that's an issue with virtually every Celica. I'd take advantage while your bumper cover is off and see if you still have the clips that hold the ring to the headlight. If you do, you can easily reattach the ring. Otherwise, you can reattach the ring in whatever way suits you best. Or remove it.

A chick in CA??...o my...*texts derrick*

But yes you have to take off the front bumper, then you SHOULD bake or boil the headlight and pull the glass lense off. Peel off all the old crappy sealant and reseal it.
