I have found a set of projector headlights, the housing is broken though. I was hoping to remove the glass and put the internals in mine. I have tried everything to get them out, and due to the position to the car, i cant remove the bumper. Is there anything that i can do to rmove them? I am willing to damage the outsides since they are already broken, as well as anything else on the car (it's in the junkyard).

I have tried to use the search function, and I have searched the forum, so my bad for missing it if it exists...

It would depend on how much of the housing is broken. Usually when the housing is badly damaged, the tabs have already broken off. Have any of the tabs broken off yet?

Yes, but i was hoping to just dismantle them and move them to a non-projector set...

You have to get the bumper off to get the lights off.

Ok from what I understand, you have non projector head lights, and you are trying to take the projector parts and the lens from this junkyard headlight and put it into your existing housing correct? And the problem you are facing is that you cannot get the headlight off of the junkyard car, because you cannot remove the front bumper. You will need the headlight to be off the car if you plan on removing the lens.

If all the tabs are broken off, then look at what's holding it in place. The bumper? Cut it. The fender? Cut it. If the tabs were not all broken off, then break them off. The 2 bottom ones are the ones you would need to remove the front bumper to get to, so make sure those two are broken off for sure.

I'll have to give that a try then, thanks for the advice. Will I be able to move them right over to the non-projector housings? I know how to remove the glass and everything, I was just wondering if it fits.

It's not going to directly mount into the non projector housings. The housings are completely different, so you'll have to find a way to custom mount everything, but I don't see why it can't be done. Just look around at the projector retrofits that have been done by other members using non-celica projectors. That should be able to point you closer in the right direction as to what you'll need to do.
