How do you secure these to the fender?
Also, would they fit on a lift back?

They bolt on, you can see the holes if you look close at the photo. I would assume the fronts fit the liftback no problem, but the rears may be different. I am not sure frown.gif

Alright, they do fit. One question though, I see four mud guards and two other pieces. What are those?

The other two pieces I think went with the front mud guards. They are like flaps that are placed horizontally under the car. They are rubbery.

Underneath the car near the bottom of the front mud flaps.
