DDM Tuning HIDS. Facelift bumper. RED Celi
Using JDM Highs and lows.
My lows have 4500k already at 55w.
Highs have Super white bulbs in them

My fogs will be 55w. just a matter of choosing 3000k or 4500k to match my lows? Or other?

I think im trying to go for the "stock" look. But i realize the 3000k may be too ricey. And i think the 4500k looks more... prestigious?

what do u guys think?

If you're going for style then just choose whatever colour you like the most.
If you're going for functionality, ie you actually want to see thru fog and bad weather, rain snow etc. then choose Yellow.
Blue lights are the worse for seeing by. White light reflects in fog and off snow. Yellow will allow you to see the road infront of you and the street markers so you don't drive off the road.

It may be just me, but every time I see a 6000K low // 3000K fog combo on an import, I drool. I've got my 6000K lows, and I just got my 3000K fogs in the mail today. I'll be wiring them up soon.

Lots of my buddies just go for the yellow bulbs and they are still pretty bright.
That's what I would do if I had fogs, because the yellow HID's are extremely bright.
If you're looking to spend a bit of money on a brighter yellow bulb Nokya makes a bulb that's pretty bright and yellow aswell.
I think they're like 40 bucks up here in Canada, not sure what they would be for you guys in the states though.

As stated, yellow is safer, and the stock color in my Lexus.

If you are using the facelift fogs, yellow is not catchy or eye friendly with that shape. it will really look like you changed your bulbs rather than people thinking it belongs there. Yellow fogs make more sense in a circular fog light. This is more of an option for the gt4 fog lights. I tried them on 94 fogs, although circular its still ovalish, looks still weird. One consistent color for both is cleaner.

you are correct in regards to yellow that they are better for visibility especially fog. the lower temps have more light output anyway, the higher goes more for looks.

I am using THESE fog lights with 3000k and 6000k low beams, and I LOVE how it looks. the position of the fogs, shape, light patterns and color all works together great for me.

The cutoff pattern is pretty crisp on those too.
