Problem with RPM...., goes down and up when the car is not moving.... Options

So i need help about my problem...
the car is ST202 JDM GT with auto trany 1995 year 110 000 miles

When the car is hot (normal working temperature) ...when the gear is on D (drive possition) and the car is stopped the
PRM of the car goes down to 100 RPM and just before the car to shut down they goes up to 500 RPM.i notice that when the car is on possition P (parking) the rpm goes down from 500 to 400 rpm and goes up.So it's happen most of the time...sometime not....
also notice that when accerelate slowly! from 1st gear the car doesn't go normaly (no power) so i need to press the gaz pedal more and then the car goes on....
I remove and clean the throttle body and the idle speed control (for the throttle body) - was very dirty but nothing change - still have the problem !
so if somebody have ideas, please write

the car is fully serviced...new sparks, new spark plugs, new distr. cap ......
