what are these electrical connectors? 95 calif model convertible 5sfe Options

The background first...
I pulled my engine out 4 years ago, been working on a gen3 3sgte ever since. I have it ready to go in and I'm wiring in an Autronic SM4 to control it.

Now that that's out of the way..questions...
listed below I have pictures of connectors from my engine. I know what the major stuff is that isn't pictured: IAT, TPS, IAC, Distributor, Speed sensor, reverse switch, gauge temp sending unit, knock sensor, O2 sensor, alternator, starter solenoid, compressor plug..the stuff that I don't know is what is pictured. I've looked in the wiring diagram and some of the wires are wrong. Like injectors 3 and 4 are backwards in the book, coolant temp switch for radiator fan shows the wrong wire color, and I have two plugs that it could be, everything else I just don't know what it goes to. Someone help. Some stuff I can ignore since I'm running the autronic.

The main one that I need to find is the coolant temp switch, which is one of the two in the first picture. My wire diagram says that it should be a blue/black wire, but one in the picture is blue/yellow and the other is yellow black. And the 3rd picture should be the plug to my igniter, again wire diagram is wrong and it says it's a 4 wire igniter and there are 5 wires on the plug. If someone could look at their engine for a second and help me out I would greatly appreciate it!
