How do I check the clutch fluid?

Check the resivour attached to the firewall by the brake master cylinder.
Chances are the clutch master cylinder is going/ is bad.

Agree with above, same thing happened to me, switch the cylinder out and its been good ever since

take it from me and buy toyota oem. I tried parts store masters a bunch of times and they've all failed.

rebuild the slave cylinder too for good measure. the oem kit only costs $10 and 30 mins (or less) of your time.

Thanks for the info guys.

I'm in kind of a weird boat here. I'm having this problem [which I take it is the master cylinder going bad] but I also have rattling from the throw out bearing. I know it's TOB because rattling stops when I push in clutch pedal.

The clutch itself grabs fine though and it doesn't slip.
What do?
