Tons of problems...

Ok my temp sensor is weird... it takes forever to go up but doesn't go to normal....(halfway between H and C) it stay like at like 3/4 area between middle and C, sometime it goes up...close to Middle.

When I check my car, I notice the radiator fan is also not moving at all, even on really hot days

and than my A/C doesn't work... it turns on, the fan inside the cabin blows warm/hot air instead of icey cold one.

any idea what's going on, and what's the first step to trouble shooting this?

I am thinking the thermostat need to be replaced.... but where is it located? thanks ahead of time ^_^

sounds like your engine cooling system is working fine (mine never reaches halfway even when running hard on hot days) and your A/C system needs some freon... may have a leak in there or something.

Don,t know if the cooling system is fine or not cuz it use to go mid way.... I am sure the radiator fan should be running... o_O I order the thermostat anyways and see if that change anything.

I tried one of those charge bottle for the A/C but the gauge read it's at full? Not sure, it turns on, but doesn't blow out cold air... I'll look up how to check the a/c system i guess

AC needs to be re-gassed perhaps, does the compressor still work though? does it make your engine feel heavy still when you turn it on.

sounds like your thermostat is stuck open too, follow the bottom radiator hose to the block, what that hose is connected to is the thermostat housing.

use long nose bent pliers to pull off the clips and remove the lower radiator hose, theres also a drain plug down there if u need to do it cleanly. use 10mm long socket with extension to remove thermostat housing, go to toyodiy and get the p/n for your thermostat AND thermostat gasket, take the 2 part numbers to toyota, and then reverse the removal process. top up radiator with 50/50 solution of whatever coolant you were using in the first place, run the car until up to normal temp and top up radiator as necessary, then go for drive

radiator fan wont run even if its a hot day as your engine isnt even reaching operating temperature.

With your AC it could be the circuitry or even the compressor itself.

The AC compressor should still turn on this is what I'm thinking.

When you turn your A/C on full blast does your electrical fans cut on? If not did you check your CDS fuse (Pink 30AMP fuse, first one)? Could be something as simple as that.
