I am trying to find a good website or an actual domestic dealer that can help me with this car. It's a 98 curren with the 4S-FE and the 5-MT tranny I am trying to find a new motor or even a swap that could be done with reasonable efforts. Every website that I have gone to is in Japanese. Some have told me that the 3stge or 3S-fe might be able to fit but I don't think LHD and RHD interract all to well. I need the mirror image of the motor to allow for the steering assembly and since it's front,front nothing retardedly radical like the supras or supercharged tacoma combo's will work. It is, and he is the guy that bought it. That man needs a 3sgte or newer 3sge!
So are all of the tranny parts still on the car? As in, the pedals and shifter\shifterlinkage? Also, is any of the stock harness there? Stock ECU? Jon (the Recruiter) |
