I was talking to a guy that has a black 1990 alltrac with 55xxx miles on it. What do you guy think the car is worth?? I would love to buy it but I don't know what a good price for it would be???

4 grand without rust. Depends on its condition, 55,000 garaged and babied miles is completely different that 55,000 "spirited" miles gunning it off every light.

I mean if its been garaged, Toyota serviced and is MINT, it could go for much higher..around 6 or 7. As a st185 with that kind of mileage in mint condition is a needle in a haystack.

How much do YOU feel its worth?
And the worst the guy can say is , "No". IF he seems offended, apologize, say you really are not sure what it is worth. Then take it from there. Ask what he thinks its worth, or what he would like to receive for it. Edit: I saw this the other day near me, http://hudsonvalley.craigslist.org/cto/2365054361.html, but I didnt go look at it.. Hope this helps. This post has been edited by devilsden97: May 8, 2011 - 5:13 PM -------------------- Kawi Love |

Just to give you an idea, there is a 93 alltrac with 79,xxx miles on celicatech for $9k.
This car has two things going for it over the 90; 1) The 93 is 1 of 81 imported that year. 2) Its teal with a cloth interior, which makes it 1 of 5. So, for a 90 with 55,xxx miles and NO rust, I'd pay upwards of $6k for one without blinking twice. EDIT: Devilsden- Although that car looks good, I would have to see how bad that sway bar mount is rusted away before any kind of offer would be made. They can be easily fixed or they can be unfix-able. Because of the uncertainty, I wouldn't even waste my time. I guess I'm kinda biased though.... Owning two of them kinda changes your perspective a bit.... This post has been edited by bloodMoney: May 8, 2011 - 7:13 PM -------------------- ~bloodMoney

Yea, for that one, I would go over the front sway bar mounts, rear quarters, rockers and floor pans. If its solid, paint can be redone.
