Just bought some racing seat brackets for the racing seats I bought off of 4-Eyed-Freak. They're Yonaka seats that are bottom mount and the seat brackets / rails fit fine, except one bolt hole won't mount. The main problem is that the seats sit wayyyy too high, it hits the roof. I have to adjust the rear settings because it can drop about an inch, but does anyone on here have racing seats mounted to the stock seat brackets / rails? And how did you do it? cause I know the stocks are side mount. Thanks for the help! biggrin.gif

you should have gone with Corbeau or wedge engineering brackets.

I got the brackets on ebay for $74 shipped and I thought they would have fit right. I'm going to try and fit them properly, but if not then I'll try to sell them

they are a wedge engineering bracket, just looked at the page on ebay. i can adjust them down in the rear, just realized that today, but the mounting spots on the bracket don't quite line up with the car's spots

Are they real? I.e. not knock offs.. Is that $74 for both? or just one side? I paid ~ $100 ea for the Corbeau ones..

It will take him a moment to realize that he's about to make a 180 degree turn at speed, but you will be ready for it. Brace for the g's, and fast heel-toe work.

they weren't brand new, they were used. I got them to bolt in, but now my passenger side seat belt cant bolt in, and I can't get them in there cause the bar that stabilizes the harness bar gets in the way. Right now, everything is going back to stock for college. Riser blocks came off, racing seats are out, underglow will be coming off, and some other things. I'll figure out the racing seat issue once the car is fully built up, or once I'm out of college.
