When it idles it goes to like 100-200 rpm and when i hit the ac on it will go up to like 900 rpm

sometimes if i let idle for awhile it will go to 100-200 and start studerring and clicking.

Vacuum leak? i have no idea, let me know what u guys think, ill try to get a video

Transmission whine. Your car is fine.

Or your transmission is about to grenade... BOOM

who knows, because you posted a vague description and no audio clip.

You need to adjust your idler, 5sfe should idle at 700-900RPMs. You can adjust it by tweaking your cable that is attached to the throttle body. The reason why it's studdering is because it's about to stall out. Cars can't idle that low not even a ****ing prius haha.

Second, the reason why your idle goes up when you turn the A/C on is because the A/C compressor is run of your drive belts. It uses engine power to run the A/C, so if there is a larger load on the engine, it will increase the RPMs to compensated. In other words it uses up all the Horsepower when you idle so it increases the idle to maintain that same range of Horsepower make sense? This is why races shut their A/C's off because it uses up some Horsepower.

could be your iscv, idle speed control valve.

get a good thorough throttle cleaning, include the iscv on the cleaning.

I have the similar problem so after a BIG search and many hours in services the reasons for this can be:

-some of the fuel system sensors is dead (4 of them)
-need to clean the throttle body very nice!
-vacum leak

good luck

clean out your throttle body and IAC valve really well(the iac valvle is under the throttle body....) its best to take it off the engine and completely apart to do this.
