Hey. I'm force induction my 7afe engine. The only thing I'm going to have problem is the fuel management. Is there any way I can turn up the Injectors or should I buy a piggy back? Any suggestions. Thanks.

Thanks. Hey, you already started a thread about your project and good direction regarding previous posts etc.. was provided. 2nd you're question makes no sense, you can't turn up injectors. You need bigger injectors, possibly a piggy back, and higher volume fuel pump would be beneficial as well. Please refer to this thread http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...teff&st=180 as previously mentioned (and read the whole thing). |

Where can I get some injectors at? And what CC size should I go with that will be fine? Where can I purchase a piggyback at? I found one on andys but they want like $400+, my cousin said I should be able to pick one up around $100+. I have a 12:1 FMU will that be alright till I can find a piggy back? Thanks
(update) just ordered 315cc supra lime top injectors. (update) just ordered a piggy back. My cousin and I are doing the build, he suggested on Hard-wiring the fuel pump for right now to see if another fuel pump will be necessary. you will end up with a 3sgte garenteed, reason why im not doing anything but minor stuff to my 7a...easier and more reliable to go with 3sgte imo, unless your going about it the correct way with forged pistons/con-rods and all good luck!

Bad day. I was fitting up turbo manifold and then I put my header back on and I spun one stud off my header that holds the O2 sensor so now exhaust is leaking. Last night my slave cylinder or my throw-out bearing went on. I'm leaning toward the slave cylinder. But now I can barely drive the car..damn..but hopefully finishing up the mods on turbo manifold soon
Update.still waiting for my injectors and controller to come in. Bought new clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, NGK Platnimum plugs, thermostat and thermostat gasket. Hopefully I can have my car drivable before work. This post has been edited by matts94celica: Jun 27, 2011 - 2:53 PM -------------------- |
