no. it's not the turbo. i'm going to the toyota dealer saturday. and ask what they think it is.

yeah or stick your hand in there to hold the compressor while the motor is off

Like I said before, it's 100% an air leak. It sure is not a mechanical part like turbo or bearings.

yeah it really sounds like an air leak, but it could be a bearing, possibly from distributor imo,

Ok. my friend check my car, and says it's an air leak. so tomorrow i start to chance the intakemanifold gasget.

if your car still runs turn it on and spray carb cleaner on the intake side, and watch if it idles diffrent when the you spray it. thats another way to check b4 you take it apart.
