Hey Guys,
I just launched these forums, and I'm wondering what you all think of them. I've tried to make them as nice as possible over the last couple months, but I'd really like to hear what you guys think of the forums and the site in general.

If you've got any suggestions or comments please feel free to post them here. Enjoy the forums!

Hi Coomber!

I do not know if the other might agree with me, but this site goes beyond the bondaries of the USA. I am in the Caribbean.

What I would like to see for this forum is the destinguishment of the celicas.

All other sites have listed all generations of the Toyota Celicas.

It will be nice to see a list for ST, GT-S, GT, GTFour and so on. If you want to, you can also use the model numbers such as ST202, ST205 and so on.

Buy do this, you have have the forum chatting on their own interest without creating long ling list on all topics which will become to large to search for information.

Other forums could be just on Performance mods, Exterior mods, Track and so on.

I look forward to everyone feedback on this.

That's a very good idea once the forums get going and get a lot of activity. Right now however, I just don't think that there's enough activity to justify the extra forums. Down the road I will definitely seperate the forums into different categories though. Thanks!

I love this site. It was great even when it was just full of info on parts and other stuff. But now that the message boards are up I think that we could rival our other home Celica.net with a collection of knowlegeable people. But for now its great and as more people come to the boards then to add stuff later.
Keep up the great work Christan.

You are right!

The celica.net is cater to everyone.

Right now the objective is to keep the 6g like what other sites like www.to4r.com have done on the MKIV Supra.

I beleive that all the 6g people will now be moving over.

I guest I can post that on celica.net.

Their 6g forum is merge with everything.

Spread the word guys. Lets get this forum develop to that point.

Cheers biggrin.gif

To be honest, this site has already surpassed celica.net from any 6th genners point of view. For months now on celica.net when ever someone had a Q. they were pointed here for an answer. Coomer has worked his ass off gathering info for this site and look how far it has come within the past 6 months. Then it was just an idea to him, now look at it. It truly is the top site for all your 6th gen needs.

LOVE THE SITE! Lots more options and better control over posting. Only thing I suggest right now is breaking it down into some small catagories such as:
Engine
Interior
Audio/Electronics
ETC.......

celica.net started out much slower than 6gc.net did, but you gotta remember 6gc is mainly just an extension of celica.net its self. its promoted by celica.net, so you really cant disrespect it at all, and theres really no need to do so. clay has always done a great job with that site. the only problem is so many noobies go in there and have some major egotistical problems, and everyone just gets pissed and starts flaming.
i think this site will be a much more closed group of regulars discussing different topics, not just the same thing over and over again. i love celica.net its just alot of the topics are either 1) not really celica related 2) repeated over and over.

coomer just NEVER put on off topic forum in here mmkay?? lol

later
