what kind of signal lights have you found to be helpful in place of the original trd lights? irrelevant to your question, but im afraid that would be the next problem to arise once we find a suitable company to replicate the bumper. good luck

best thing to do is look for smaller manufacturers of fiberglass racecar bodies, fiberglass replica parts, and produce some of thier own ground effects kit..quick search came across this placehttp://www.showcars-bodyparts.com/ they dont seem like a bad place as they do fiberglass body parts/ground effects for the classic celicas! just would be best to search around then search for reviews on their custom side of the buisness...i do know alot of places use a mold lay in the fiberglass by hand then use a specialized top mold for vacume pressing to remove the airbubbles and leave it nice and smooth, but i wouldnt use fiberglass for a front lip i would use urethane which would be easier and you could potentialy do this at home, that is get a LOT of silicone a+b molding product, mold release, and some a+b urethane, make mold of bumper take bumper out, assemble mold and pour in your urethane, let cure pop out of mold prep/paint..just some info i found about replicating parts that ive been researching for certain things i may attempt in future, and another link that might help you out http://www.hotrodders.com/articles/fibergl...art_making.html

i got stuck into reading ALOT on fiberglassforums.com i stayed up untill like 4:30am just reading on how to make fiberglass parts from scratch and how to produce some replica molds for certain parts, it really is not that hard to do AT ALL if you have the original part in good condition all you basicly do is wax it with some meguiars mirror glaze #8 spray on some mold release to the bumper brush on some tooling gelcoat then apply your fiberglass matt in 1 layer let it cure, remove your fiberglass mold and add alot more glass for reinforcement of your mold, then you do exact same thing you just did for producing a fiberglass mold, wax, mold release, normal gelcoat, your layers of glass and then pull out of mold, trim sand paint and you have your new bumper, of course its more detailed then that but just a quick run through of the steps, id do some reading and you will be making fiberglass parts in no time at all!

thumbsup.gif Strictly 93-95 mk4's, I found clear and smoked options but they're a little pricey only because is for a mk4 rolleyes.gif

just pull the tab pointing upwards and its good to go. I have a genuine TRD instruction manual provided by Romeo aka. 0reo laugh.gif That I didnt follow biggrin.gif

dont forget that the mk4 turns have a different socket pattern so you'll have to shave just a bit of the socket pattern to fit ours in.

i mean the socket might change, but mine came with pigtails. the housings are the same, why would toyota reinvent the wheel.. I knew the light had to come from another model..

So if the bumper gets replicated, we know where to look for lights...
