I know these are discontinued but I was wondering if anyone had all 4 part numbers for all four TRD struts. I am going to try and find some haha. I think I asked someone about them a year ago but I cant find the thread.
If I cant find any I'm probably going to just buy the KYB GR2s Thanks for all your help. -------------------- Weekend Warrior-----1998 Celica GT: White Daily Driver----------1997 Celica GT: Blurple |

http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...55103&st=80 Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Those are adjustable struts/cartridges. Here are some none adjustable shocks which at best they are better than kyb-gr2. Excel and GR-2 are same shocks but named differently in europe/japan. I believe the KYB SR special, which can only be bought in europe and japan for like $180 each shock, are equivalent to these discontinued trd non adjustable shocks. But thats just an assumption. KYB SR special would probably be like buying tokico shocks. Even though buying KYB SR special is not worth the money. At that rate your better off buying Koni adjustable Sport shocks This post has been edited by BonzaiCelica: May 9, 2012 - 10:13 PM -------------------- Group buy to replicate Narrow E series transaxle parts

The TRD shocks are adjustable they had 8 stage damper adjustment in the rears. The fronts where fixed unless SS, then it was 4 stage. You can almost see the adjustment knob near the bottom on the far right one.

But if they do not take it ill prolly just get KYB GR-2s and Eibach Sportlines.... So I ended up finding the part numbers and my toyota dealer the parts guy said he might be able to get some but he wanted 2800 for them haha no way im doing that. And that is "might" I am planning on doing the suspension on the 30 and 31st so thats out of the question. Thanks for your help though Kinda switching the topic a little bit haha.... Do you know where to get ahold of the GT4 wheels you have on your car?? The GT4 16's actually look good and if I end up going with 17's the ride might be a little to harsh im thinking... Or would my best bet be to keep looking on the for sale forum every once in awhile -------------------- Weekend Warrior-----1998 Celica GT: White Daily Driver----------1997 Celica GT: Blurple |

I noticed that the TRD came in 8 way adjustable shocks as listed on their site. I just never knew that they come on the regular sized shocks?? I guess to cover a wider range of lowering springs??
